Abstract

Предметом данного исследования является государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП) в научно-технологической сфере и возможности его создания и использования в Российской Федерации на современном этапе. Цель работы изучение основных принципов организации деятельности и достоинств ГЧП при решении задач повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Методологической основой исследования явились методы системного анализа и синтеза, обобщения, группировки, аналогии, раскрывающие возможности изучения явлений в их развитии, взаимосвязи и взаимообусловленности. В результате проведенного исследования выявлены особенности взаимоотношений исследователей и предпринимателей в России, доказана необходимость формирования и развития государственно-частного партнерства, предложено определение ГЧП в научно-технологической сфере, определены направления решения проблем создания и использования ГЧП как института модернизации экономики России.
