Инновационное Развитие При Диверсификации Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость внедрения инноваций при диверсификации, что способствует достижению промышленным предприятием конкурентных преимуществ на рынке. Обосновываются особенности применения инноваций в промышленном производстве, рассматриваются проблемы внедрения инноваций в деятельность предприятия, а также затрагиваются практические вопросы диверсификационных преобразований. Раскрываются проблемы, связанные с инновационным развитием при выпуске основной и диверсифицируемой продукции. Доказывается, что выбор инновационного направления при диверсификации оказывает существенное влияние на производственную систему предприятия и финансирование НИОКР.
