Комплексный Подход К Рассмотрению Теории Управления Рисками При Внедрении Информационных Технологий

Abstract

Основной проблемой в изучении вопросов устранения ИТ-рисков является фрагментарность исследований рисков ИТ-проектов и операционных рисков. Такой подход не выгоден с точки зрения исполнительного руководства бизнес-структур, осуществляющих инвестиции в информационные технологии, поскольку руководители, как правило, удалены от принятия решений по реагированию на оперативные ИТ-риски. Комплексный подход к управлению ИТ-рисками позволяет найти интеллектуальные компромиссы между развитием, расходами и рисками, с одной стороны, и эксплуатационными расходами и рисками с другой.
