Неявное Знание И Его Использование В Фирме

Abstract

Предметом научного анализа являются особый вид знаний неявные знания, являющиеся уникальным ресурсом не только отдельного индивида, но и современной фирмы. Цель работы раскрыть содержание неявных знаний, их специфику, основные проявления и перспективные направления использования как ресурса фирмы. Результаты работы показали, что неявные знания индивидов агрегируются в рамках фирмы, становясь корпоративными неявными знаниями, институционализируются в конкретных формах. Главной проблемой является генерация неявных знаний фирмы, их использование и трансформация в явные. Данное исследование может служить направлением для дальнейших научных поисков и основой для разработки практических мер по обеспечению эффективной деятельности фирм на основе использования неявного знания.
