Критерии И Показатели Оценки Эффективности Труда Рабочих В Рыночных Условиях Хозяйствования

Abstract

В работе анализируются различные показатели рентабельности труда рабочих. При этом выявляется, что наиболее информативными и отвечающими условиям рыночной экономики являются показатели рентабельности, исчисленные по отношению к цене рабочего или затратам работодателя. Частным случаем таких показателей рентабельности может выступать рентабельность труда, определяемая соотношением прибыли, созданной рабочим и его заработной платой. Применение показателей рентабельности позволит более точно оценить эффективность труда рабочих в рыночных условиях хозяйствования.
