Abstract

В статье рассматриваются аспекты формирования стратегии развития промышленного предприятия, требующие применения системного подхода, заключающегося в анализе основных теоретических понятий стратегии, выработке ее основных элементов с учетом системного представления промышленного предприятия и их анализе, а также разработке рекомендаций по ее реализации. Приведены разработанная принципиальная блок-схема системного организационно-экономического механизма формирования стратегии развития промышленного предприятия и модель обеспечения конкурентоспособности и развития предприятия с учетом его взаимосвязей с субъектами (системами и подсистемами) внешней среды в рамках процессного представления
