Abstract

Цель настоящей статьи рассмотреть особенности влияния государства, выступающего в роли принципала, на развитие перспективных отраслей российской экономики. Агентами в данном случае считаются органы исполнительной власти, государственные академии наук, госкорпорации. В статье значительное внимание уделяется возможностям и проблемам развития наноиндустрии, этапам ее развития в РФ. Рассмотрены основные направления нивелирования последствий оппортунистического поведения агентов, в том числе решение задач, нацеленных на эффект мультипликатора, с учетом неоднозначности процессов становления и развития отечественной наноиндустрии. В этой связи автором предложена система мер, позволяющих поддержать развитие научно-технических разработок и использовать их результаты.
