Создание Долгосрочного Прогноза Перспективных Рынков Для Продуктов И Технологий В Сфере Наноиндустрии

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена анализу формирования долгосрочных прогнозов развития рынков в области наноиндустрии. Цель статьи рассмотрение системы экспертных методов, называемой форсайтом, в рамках которой оцениваются возможные перспективы развития отдельных направлений науки и технологий, а также возможные последствия для экономики и общества. В качестве методологической базы в работе используются системный и структурно-функциональный подходы, специфические методы аналогов, сценариев, кластерный. Основными результатами исследования стало выявление специфики формирования долгосрочных прогнозов развития рынков в области российской наноиндустрии с помощью метода Дельфи и построения технологических дорожных карт. Уточнено, что процесс проведения опроса Дельфи и построения дорожных карт позволяет определить важнейшие направления развития национальной наноиндустрии. Полученные результаты могут применяться как в образовательном процессе, так и на практике.
