Построение Модели Процесса Сбора Информации В Системе Менеджмента Качества

Abstract

В статье предложен подход к формированию процесса сбора информации в системе менеджмента качества. Перечень процессов СМК динамичен, он может изменяться по мере необходимости c учетом проблематичности какого-либо вида деятельности предприятия и целесообразности его постоянного улучшения. Не меньшую проблему вызывает и обоснование легитимности информационных систем мониторинга, и прежде всего соответствия программного обеспечения. Обобщив требования действующих стандартов, можно сказать, что программное обеспечение, используемое в процессе получения измерительной информации, должно подвергаться контролю (в форме аттестации, тестирования, оценки пригодности или другой процедуры). При этом из программного обеспечения надо выделить те части, которые влияют на достоверность измерительной информации и должны подвергаться метрологическому контролю.
