Продовольственная Безопасность Как Фактор Экономической Устойчивости Региона (На Примере Саратовской Области)

Abstract

Уровень производства и потребления продовольствия, а значит, и продовольственной безопасности ухудшился в течение 1990 2005 гг., что является угрозой экономической стабильности Саратовской области. Со стороны продовольственной сферы угрозами являются также потери, связанные с разрушением составляющих системы агропромышленного комплекса (таких как техническая сфера, научное и кадровое обеспечение, природный и ресурсный потенциал).
