Влияние Таможенного Регулирования На Развитие Отечественнойпромышленности (На Примере Автомобилестроения)

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы развитияотечественной автомобильной промышленности и влияние таможенного регулирования на нее. Делается вывод о том, что использование методов и механизмов таможенно-тарифного регулирования в области автомобилестроения должно осуществляться с учетом обеспечения защиты отечественных товаропроизводителей, необходимой для реализации инвестиционных программ предприятий автомобильной промышленности и насыщения отечественного рынка конкурентоспособной техникой. Авторы предлагают разработать дифференцированную шкалу ставок пошлин на иномарки в зависимости от наличия аналогов в отечественной автомобильной промышленности и степени возможной конкуренции. Утверждается, что, несмотря на ряд негативных моментов, вступление в ВТО позволит российским автомобилестроительным предприятиям участвовать в мировой торговле на общепринятых и равных условиях.
