Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам совершенствования государственного регулирования внешнеэкономических интеграционных процессов в условиях новых экономических реалий. Глобальный финансовый кризис создал некоторым российским компаниям возможности для усиления позиций на международном рынке. Автором проанализированы мотивы внешней интеграции российских компаний и возможные угрозы для экономики России со стороны ТНК. На основании опыта других стран предлагаются инструменты и направления государственного регулирования внешней интеграции производственного капитала, позволяющие использовать возможности данных процессов как источника модернизации и основы для инновационного развития.
