Подходы К Регулированию Деятельности Банков На Рынке Ценных Бумаг И Необходимость Их Изменения

Abstract

Эволюция роли банков на рынке ценных бумаг определялась логикой развития экономики как отдельных стран, так и мировой экономики. Существующие подходы к регулированию деятельности банков на рынке ценных бумаг отвечали данной логике. В результате функционирование банков зачастую осуществлялось «для» рынка ценных бумаг. Проведя анализ исследований отечественных и зарубежных ученых, посвященных данной проблеме, автор выявил, что регулирование деятельности банка направлено на снижение системного риска и преследует более широкие социальные цели, чем регулирование рынка ценных бумаг. Автор предлагает новые подходы к регулированию деятельности банков на рынке ценных бумаг.
