Экономическая Оценка Модернизационного Развития Машиностроительного Предприятия

Abstract

В статье исследуются процессы модернизационного развития машиностроительных предприятий. Предлагается комплекс управленческих мероприятий, способствующих повышению экономической эффективности модернизационных преобразований. В частности, выдвигается тезис о том, что качество реализации возросших возможностей повышения эффективности усовершенствований зависит от своевременного вскрытия, учета резервов и обоснованности вовлечения их в хозяйственный оборот. Анализируя процесс модернизации, автор выделяет задачи для экономической оценки его совершенствования: определение направлений совершенствования перспективной техники на основе сравнительной оценки ее эффективности; синтез структуры и выбор элементной базы на основе сравнения вариантов по экономическим показателям; выбор варианта модернизации на основе сравнения с альтернативами по экономическим показателям.
