Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические и методологические вопросы определения инновационного потенциала области. Предлагается сравнительный анализ и оценка инновационного потенциала Ростовской и Волгоградской областей, формируются предложения по развитию инновационной деятельности.
