Залоговая Система Институциональная Основа Финансовых Механизмов Устойчивого Развития Регионов Рф

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются необходимость формирования залоговой системы развития как ключевого институционального компонента суверенной резервной системы и модель финансового механизма ее функционирования. Содержание основных элементов этого финансового механизма позволяет не только понять принципы построения и взаимообусловленность институциональных компонентов резервной системы финансовой системы с полным резервированием, но и обосновать необходимость формирования региональных залоговых фондов развития.
