Abstract

Авторами статьи предлагается развернутая концепция системы инвестирования инноваций (СИИ). СИИ основана на применении теорий систем, исследования операций, системного анализа, принятия решений. При разработке СИИ использованы некоторые положения американской системы ППБ (планирования и прогнозирования бюджета).
