Тенденции И Перспективы Создания Зоны Свободной Торговли России Со Странами Асеан

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме формирования зоны свободной торговли Россия АСЕАН. Обосновывается необходимость диверсификации внешнеэкономических связей России. Автор говорит о возможности перераспределения торговых и инвестиционных потоков между России и Европой, если перенаправить их на Азию. В статье доказывается возможность создания зоны свободной торговли между Россией и государствами Юго-Восточной Азии. Автор говорит о резервах в наращивании торговли по линии Россия АСЕАН. В статье приводятся расчеты, основанные на гравитационной модели (в рамках которой интенсивность торговых потоков соизмеряется с расстоянием между государствами и показателями их ВВП), доказывающие, что современные объемы торговли Российской Федерации с такими странами, как Индонезия и Малайзия, значительно ниже уровня долгосрочного потенциала. В свою очередь, создание зоны свободной торговли могло бы способствовать приближению к этому уровню за счет либерализации товарных и инвестиционных потоков.
