Abstract

Актуальность изучения проблемы формирования и развития рынка научно-технической продукции обусловлена необходимостью интенсивного развития сельскохозяйственной науки на основе разработки и внедрения наукоемкой научно-технической продукции. В сложившихся условиях, когда предложение на рынке превышает спрос и не существует эффективных механизмов внедрения, необходимо формирование функционального организационно-экономического механизма освоения научных достижений.
