Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению возникновения и развития понятия «гудвил» в условиях эволюции взглядов на его экономическую сущность. Авторами рассмотрены причины изменения подходов к учету гудвила, а также осуществлен критический обзор мнений отдельных экономистов и бухгалтеров, касающихся этого вопроса. На основе анализа большого количества литературных и нормативных источников авторами определены основные этапы в формировании стандартов учета гудвила и выявлены тенденции их развития.
