Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные инвестиционные риски, которые могут возникнуть при реализации технологических инноваций в мясной промышленности. При исследовании инвестиционных перспектив проектов в мясной отрасли Южного Урала выявлены основные принципы, которые необходимо учитывать для минимизации рисков при внедрении технологических инноваций.
