Abstract

Данная статья является логическим продолжением цикла публикаций по направлению исследования управления развитием промышленного предприятия по показателям дисбаланса. В статье предложена методика оценки экономических рисков ущербов от дисбаланса целевых характеристик при помощи метода анализа иерархий. Апробация предложенной методики реализовывалась на промышленном предприятии ЗАО«Челябинский завод металлоконструкций» в проекте «Модернизация основных производственных фондов».
