Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам эффективного управления земельными ресурсами территории, направленным на максимизацию социально-экономического эффекта. Для оценки социально-экономического эффекта функционирования территориального образования сформирован комплексный критерий, определяемый как сумма монетарных оценок валового территориального продукта, конечного территориального потребления и чистых общественных благ территории. Методология расчёта величины социально-экономического эффекта функционирования территориального образования предполагает построение экономико-математической имитационной модели функционирования территориального образования на основе принципов конвертационной модели функционирования территориального образования.
