Методика Интегральной Оценки Возможности Возрождения Моногородов И Создания На Их Базе Точек Экономического Роста

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам оценки состояния городов с монопрофильной экономикой, а также планированию мероприятий по выводу их из кризисного состояния. Автором рассмотрены факторы, позволяющие с высокой степенью достоверности определить состояние моногорода, стадию его развития и необходимые условия, при которых возможна регенерация моногорода. В статье автор предлагает алгоритм исследования политической, демографической ситуаций и ментальности населения, алгоритм оценки состояния малого и среднего бизнеса на территории и оценки экономической ситуации. Предложена методика интегральной оценки возможностей моногородов и эффективности вложения бюджетных средств в их экономику.
