Abstract

Особенностью процессов, происходящих в пищевой промышленности, является то, что результатом ее функционирования выступает не создание продуктов, а удовлетворение индивидуальных и общественных потребностей в продовольствии, представленных на рынке, а также то, что эффект от производства пищевой продукции проявляется не только в самой отрасли, но и за ее пределами через косвенное воздействие на смежные отрасли и экономику страны в целом, поэтому необходимо рассмотреть подходы эффективности управления многоуровневых экономических систем.
