Экономический Подход К Определению Статуса Кредитора В Деле О Банкротстве Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам, связанным с определением статуса кредиторов в деле о банкротстве промышленных предприятий. Представлена классификация групп кредиторов по степени участия в процедурах банкротства промышленных предприятий. Определены критерии отнесения кредиторов к конкурсным и текущим кредиторам и порядок оценки размера требований кредиторов, предъявляемых в процедурах банкротства. Установлено, что требования о начислении процентов по договорам займа, кредитным договорам, применении мер ответственности за нарушение денежных обязательств, относящихся к конкурсной задолженности, следуют судьбе указанных обязательств.
