Abstract

В статье дано понятие гармонизации федеральной и региональной составляющих инвестиционно-инновационной стратегии. Обоснована необходимость ее формирования на основе данных стратегического анализа с использованием матричного подхода путем определения текущего положения региона в матрице финансовых стратегий Ж. Франшона и И. Романе. Рассмотрена проблема взаимодействия региональных властей и федерального центра.
