Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам несоответствия спроса и предложения на рынке труда. Отправным моментом, определяющим возможность координации процессов подготовки специалистов и развития отраслей экономики, является грамотная организация процесса прогнозирования потребности рынка труда. Авторами предложена методика прогнозирования спроса для решения проблемы гармонизации рынка труда.
