Abstract

Малый бизнес в процессе осуществления своей текущей хозяйственной деятельности имеет гораздо большую долю рисков, в отличие от средних и крупных компаний. Именно поэтому создание системы внутреннего контроля и управления рисками является для предприятий малого бизнеса одной из самых актуальных управленческих задач, обеспечивающей его непрерывность. Однако традиционно считается, что риск-менеджмент и внутренний контроль это инструменты, доступные только для среднего и крупного бизнеса. Поэтому большинство инструментов ориентировано на удовлетворение потребностей средних и крупных компаний. Малый бизнес испытывает большую потребность в применении этих инструментов, в то время как он не имеет почти никакой возможности для их использования. С 2013 года обязанность по организации внутреннего контроля на предприятиях была закреплена в России на законодательном уровне. В настоящей статье изложено авторское понимание целей и задач системы внутреннего контроля на малом предприятии.
