Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию существующих видов аттестации работников. Результатом исследования является построение классификации видов аттестации работников по таким основаниям как время проведения аттестации, категории работников, подлежащих аттестации, цели аттестации. В статье приводятся понятия новых видов аттестации работников аттестация по функциям системы менеджмента качества, аттестация по функциям системы экологического менеджмента, аттестация по функциям системы управления рисками, аттестация ключевого резерва. Экономический смысл научной новизны данной статьи позволит любому предприятию металлургической отрасли поднять систему оценки персонала на качественно новый и эффективный уровень.
