Abstract

Задачи минимизации затрат на управления материальными потоками подталкивают человечество к созданию и использованию механизмов оптимизации процессов движения материалов и создания системы условий и правил для участников логистических систем, которые могли бы обеспечивать общие задачи и учитывать интересы разных сторон. Теория и практика развития методов и методик решения логистических задач создает предпосылки для рассмотрения логистики в качестве функций управления. В данной работе рассмотрены некоторые особенности логистики закупок, присутствующие сегодня при решении задач закупок в строительной отрасли.
