Abstract

Повышение конкурентоспособности предприятия является одним из важных направлений деятельности менеджмента организации, без которого невозможно полноценное долгосрочное развитие бизнеса. В данной статье рассмотрены некоторые пути, способные улучшить конкурентные позиции предприятия и упрочить его положение на рынке на примере предприятия Челябинской области клуб-отеля «Золотой пляж».
