Abstract

Статья отражает научно-методический подход и опыт выполнения исследования по заявленной теме. Проводит ряд ключевых идей в решении задачи конфигурирования цепей поставок в сфере гостиничного хозяйства, основанных на реализации преимуществ сетевой организации гостиничного обслуживания и сетевой организации интегрированной логистики с учетом приоритетной роли производственно-распределительной составляющей. Формулирует конкурентные принципы построения сетевых структур, ориентированные на реализацию принципов и правил логистики в управлении бизнес-процессами и управлении взаимоотношениями партнеров по бизнесу.
