Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы дисбаланса и методы управления культурой безопасности жизнедеятельности (КБЖД). Вводится дополнительная функция управления развитием способностей персонала к самообучению и обучению. Качество выполнения этой функции предлагается измерять скоростью забывания информации по электробезопасности.
