Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования функций сцепления организационной культуры в виде шести блоков с методологической оценкой организационной культуры «OCAI»: правила организационного строения; лидерские отношения к мотивации в организации; стиль культуростроительного менеджмента; связующая сущность организации предпринимательского типа; актуализация внимания и ожидания; критерии успеха и принятия управленческого решения. Построены рамочные конструкции конкурирующих ценностей.
