Управление Ресурсами На Этапах Жизненного Цикла Портфеля Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

Рассмотрен подход к структуре жизненного цикла портфеля инновационных проектов. Представлена структурная схема видов ресурсов на последовательных стадиях жизненного цикла, а также финансовых, материальных и информационных потоков. Выделена особая роль финансовых ресурсов. Отмечено влияние состава портфеля инновационных проектов и распределения ресурсов между проектами на результаты деятельности предприятия.
