Abstract

При переходе к рыночной экономике и вступлении России во Всемирную торговую организацию возрастает роль личности в коллективе. Максимально полное использование кадрового потенциала является одним из главных условий эффективности усилий менеджмента в области качества. В России система мотивации на предприятии практически отсутствует. В связи с этим было проведено анкетирование и предложены методы мотивации персонала.
