Показатели Рыночной Среды В Прогнозировании Электропотребления

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам прогнозирования факторов рыночной среды для последующего использования их субъектами оптового рынка электроэнергии в прогнозировании планового почасового электропотребления. Рассмотрены тенденции соотношений часовых показателей цен рынка на сутки вперед и балансирующего рынка на примере показателей реального субъекта рынка за период с 2010 по 2012 годы. По результатам проведенного исследования авторами составлена таблица принятия решений по учету ценовых соотношений в прогнозном графике электропотребления для рабочих и выходных дней. Статья содержит пример применения результатов проведенных исследований на прогнозном графике электропотребления. Результаты исследования позволяют усовершенствовать прогнозирование электропотребления, основывающееся на учете не только факторов, определяющих потребность в электроэнергии, но и факторов, учитывающих тенденции оптового рынка.
