Содержание И Уровни Инвестиционной Политики Предприятий

Abstract

Вопрос о субъекте инвестиционной политики, как правило, не рассматривается в литературе, посвященной исследованию сущности, функциям, задачам и принципам инвестиционной политики. Между тем, этот вопрос имеет важное значение для выработки эффективных направлений инвестиционной политики. Разграничение сфер ответственности между собственником и менеджером позволяет получать предсказуемые результаты деятельности бизнеса и снижает риски принятия ошибочных решений. В статье изложено авторское понимание содержания инвестиционной политики как двухуровневого процесса, основанного на разделении полномочий между собственником и менеджером.
