Abstract

Проведен анализ нормативной документации, используемой для маркировки пищевой ценности и оценки эффективности (пользы для здоровья) пищевых продуктов для здорового питания. Определены пути оценки пищевой ценности и эффективности разрабатываемого пищевого продукта для указания полученной информации в маркировке, предложена форма представления доказательной базы для оценки критериев эффективности разрабатываемого пищевого продукта.
