Abstract

Даны предложения по развитию теории управления инновационным развитием социально-экономических систем в сфере услуг. Такое развитие в условиях неопределенности и риска требует методологии, учитывающей циклические факторы и принципы повышения качества управления. На основе принципов сформирован регулируемый механизм управления, отличающийся возможностями минимизации дисбаланса противоположных целевых характеристик качества управления в сфере услуг.
