Abstract

Развитие социально-экономических систем в части активизации предпринимательской деятельности зависит от условий и потенциала России, основывается на государственных и региональных потребностях, нормативных основах, регулирующих хозяйственную деятельность в стране. Вопросы организации и развития предпринимательства сегодня являются ключевым моментом государственного регулирования.
