Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию связей между распространенными категориями управленческой науки: организационный потенциал, организационный капитал, организационные ресурсы. Раскрыто авторское представление о сущности, условиях формирования и свойствах потенциала компании. Путем сопоставления свойств установлено соотношение между организационным потенциалом и организационным капиталом компании. Обоснована авторская позиция относительно расширенного толкования понятия «капитал».
