Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам организации и функционирования российской системы ценообразования в строительстве, а также проблемам, возникающим в процессе определения цены строительной продукции. Авторами рассмотрены особенности строительного производства, и их влияние на ценообразование в данной сфере, механизм определения себестоимости строительства, а также процесс составления проектно-сметной документации. В статье был дан подробный обзор негативных факторов, которые являются причинами завышения себестоимости строительства.
