Abstract

Статья посвящена совершенствованию производственных систем промышленных предприятий. Рассмотрены существующие стратегии совершенствования бизнес-процессов и систем, а также представляющие их концепции. На основе анализа передового зарубежного опыта были сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию бизнес-процессов производственной системы.
