Abstract

Одним из главных показателей эффективности процесса бюджетирования, как и любого процесса управления, является точность достижения запланированных показателей. Следовательно, необходимо выделить источники эффективности и критерии, от которых зависит этот результат. Оказывая влияние на эти параметры, можно управлять эффективностью процесса бюджетирования.
