Abstract

Автор рассматривает вопросы комплементарности и субституциональности институтов социально-трудовых отношений. В статье сделан вывод о наличии субституциональности институтов, составляющих систему социально-трудовых отношений, и необходимости совершенствования институциональных конструкций социально-трудовых отношений, сложившихся в России к настоящему моменту времени.
