Abstract

Изложены основные подходы к определению показателей для формирования эффективной системы управления лесами; рассмотрены предпосылки и условия для развития долгосрочной аренды лесных участков, а также организационная структура и совокупность методов и инструментов государственно-частного партнерства в сфере использования, охраны, защиты и воспроизводства лесов.
