Корпоративная Культура Как Инструмент Реструктуризации Предприятия

Abstract

Используя «магический треугольник» организации показывается, каким образом корпоративная культура связана со свойством адаптации предприятия к постоянным изменениям его конкурентной среды. Доказывается, что корпоративная культура является одним из инструментов, способствующих успешному проведению реструктуризации предприятия. Рассматривается корпоративная культура как среда, обеспечивающая либо превращение сотрудника в «человека фирмы», либо «выдавливание» его из предприятия.
