Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам разработки новых, рыночных методов материального стимулирования труда в современных условиях хозяйствования. Авторами разработаны методические и практические рекомендации по организации заработной платы персонала в условиях становления социально ориентированной рыночной экономики на примере одного из ведущих проектных институтов.
